We undertake projects of various sizes, adapting successfully however large it may be. The largest scheme we have tendered directly was for £13 million. Our largest demolition project was the £8 million contract for the demolition, archaeological works, piling and dig at Grand Arcade, Cambridge - completed in 2006. Our day-to-day projects generally range up to several £m in value and whatever the size, have attracted both praise and attention. We can provide Performance Bonds for in excess of £50 million worth of work. We provide blanket insurance cover (including for asbestos removal) of £10m E.L. and P.L. and we possess P.I. insurance for our engineering activities. On select projects we have been asked to extend our insurance cover - in some cases up to £100m. We are happy to progress projects on a Partnership basis – either partnering with the Client or indeed other Specialist Contractors or Consultants as appropriate. We believe that by combining resources we can potentially ensure a financially more ‘muscular’ service to the Client which may offer the best solution.
